Quest Nutrition - High Protein Foods

FINALLY, A PROTEIN BAR GOOD ENOUGH TO EAT

The Quest bar was made by us, the Quest team (hi!) because we care about what we eat, and we couldn't find any nutrition bars on the market that we were actually willing to consume. We weren't willing to sacrifice taste, and sadly none of us have the kind of genetics that would let us eat candy and look like fitness models. Soooooo, we made the Quest protein bar. It wasn't easy, but it sure is tasty!

We know that once you taste this nutrition bar you'll agree that no other protein bar on the market even comes close to matching the combination of amazing flavor and perfect nutrition with absolutely no compromises. And it's now easier than ever to try Quest for the first time! You can buy a single bara sampler box, or purchase at storesacross the United States! And remember, we have an unconditional 100% money back guarantee so there's no reason not to start your Quest today!

Our review:

Protein bars - some like them some hate them.  Some bars taste good, others taste like cardboard.  Some of the ones that taste good have a list of ingredients so long that the type size is so tiny I can’t even begin to read them.  When I saw an ad for Quest bars I had to look - calories/protein/ingredients?  The bars meet my calories/protein ratio - 170 calories/20 grams protein.

The protein source is whey isolate and milk protein isolate, the next ingredient is pre-biotic fiber, then things like almonds, cocoa, water…Wow, a protein bar that only has a few ingredients and I can actually pronounce the names of most of them.  Next is net carbs- 5 grams…awesome!  The rest of the carbs are dietary fiber (19).  Not a candy bar wrapped up to look like something that can actually be good for you.

Are you with me so far - gluten free, real food, 20 grams easily utilizable protein.  Uh, oh - they must taste bad, right?  Nope, not so.  They taste pretty darn good.  The chocolate is not going to replace a Godiva dark chocolate almond square, but when I am on the go and need to throw something in my purse to have fuel to keep going, it will be a Quest bar for sure.  Small bites, chewed thoroughly.  Enjoyable and filling.  Peanut butter and chocolate are my two favorite flavors, but they have many, many more.  If you are having one at home or in the office, try warming them up on a low setting for a few seconds in your microwave to really bring out the great flavors…..Just saying.

I cannot believe all of the flavors available, there is sure to be one that tickles your taste buds.  While I like the chocolate peanut butter my husband is a fan of the cinnamon roll.  I want to try their peanut butter cups.  Sounds like candy, right?  It’s not.
