This section of our community is devoted to tips.  Here you can pick up ideas on how to use your tool and how to make the journey easier and more fun!  You can consider these tips part of your lap band "toolkit."

Throughout our journeys we can continue to learn from each other. This area of our community contains tips that we have learned as well as tips submitted by your fellow members of the Banded Living™ community.
