Transforming with Lap Band Surgery

Congratulations and Welcome to the Transforming phase of Banded Living™.  This is your weight loss phase, the incredible shrinking you!  This is your community as you are learning how to use the tool to reach your goals.  Expect ups and downs.  This is not like every diet you've been on.

Your lap band will help with portion size, hunger, and satiety when you learn how to use it and master the rules of the band.  There is so much to learn and un-learn during this phase.  Resist going for speed.  Build your support network.  Stay close to your surgical practice.  Here you'll find others who are all working to achieve their goals for long-term health, weight loss, and quality of life.
