Asian Beef With Snow Peas

I love a quick stir fry for dinner and this meets the bill completely.  Quick, easy, protein packed and delicious.  Eating with chopsticks keeps me from eating too quickly.


Ingredients:

 Directions: 

  1. Combine soy sauce, rice wine brown sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl.  Set aside
  2. Heat a skillet or wok that has been sprayed with non stick spray to medium heat
  3. Stir fry ginger and garlic for 30 seconds
  4. Add the steak and stir fry for about 2 minutes until evenly browned
  5. Add the snow peas and stir fry for another 3 minutes
  6. Add the soy sauce mixture, bring to a boil stirring constantly
  7. Lower heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute
  8. Serve immediately
