Asian Style Turkey Burgers

Last week they were Greek, this week using some Asian flavorings to give the burgers that special something that makes them great!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl
  2. Shape into 6 patties
  3. Refrigerate the patties on a plate for at least 15 minutes (this helps them hold together)
  4. Cook on preheated grill or in pan on the stove that’s been sprayed with non-stick spray
  5. Turn and cook until center of the burgers are 165 degrees
  6. Remove from heat, serve hot with sriracha sauce or Chinese mustard as a condiment if you like spicy
