Better Than Take Out Orange Chicken

No Need For Chinese Take Out When You Taste This Orange Chicken - the name of the recipe says it all.  My family loved it!

  1. In a microwave safe bowl covered loosely microwave the riced cauliflower on high for 4 minutes.  Set aside
  2. In a large non-stick pan heat the sesame oil over low-medium heat.  Add the chicken and brown on all sides
  3. Add the ginger, garlic, chili garlic sauce, orange juice, orange zest and soy sauce.  Stir well and bring to a simmer.  Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce has reduced and thickened some.  Stir well and remove from heat
  4. At the same time, in a separate pot, steam the broccoli in about 1 inch of water for about 4 minutes until almost soft… or to whatever texture you prefer
  5. Drain the broccoli, put the turkey and spice mixture back on low heat and add the broccoli and riced cauliflower and mix well to combine all the flavors
  6. When it is heated through, serve in bowls and top each with a sprinkle of 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
