Canadian Bacon Pizza In Less Than 15 minutes
My husband was heading out for a bike ride and I said pizza for lunch, are you willing to wait? Guess who waited and gave this quick and simple lunch a score 9 out 10? For him it was missing heat so he added crushed red peppers and was a happy boy.
Ingredients:
- 12 Slices Uncured Canadian Bacon (I Got Mine At Costco)
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Traditional Marinara Sauce
- 2 ounces Trader Joe’s Lite Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees
- Cover a baking pan or sheet with foil and spray lightly with non stick spray
- Arrange Canadian bacon slices in 3’s, overlapping slightly (see picture) on baking pan
- Add 2 tablespoons sauce to each grouping
- Add 1/2 ounce cheese to each grouping
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and beginning to brown
