Chicken Waldorf Salad

I used rotisserie chicken for this recipe, but you can use canned chicken, leftover grilled or roasted chicken and wind up with the same delicious result.

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add chicken, apple, celery, walnuts, grapes and lemon pepper.  Stir to mix well
  2. Add yogurt and honey and mix well, making sure to “wet” all the ingredients.
  3. Place in individual containers and refrigerate to blend flavors.
  4. Serve out of the container with a fork, over greens, wrapped in a crisp lettuce leaf, on a rice cake, or any way you choose.
