Colorful Crunchy Chicken Salad
This is a great way to use leftover chicken, rotisserie chicken or just open some cans of chicken and go for it. Quick, pretty and tasty. Eat it with a fork, on some salad or wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
Ingredients:
- 11.5 ounces Rotisserie Chicken Breast, Chopped
- 2/3 cup Frozen Petite Peas
- 2 Mini Sweet Peppers, Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Dry Roasted Slivered Almonds
- 4 tablespoons Bolthouse Creamy Basil Dressing
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. I portion into individual servings and refrigerate to allow the flavors to blend.
