Crock Pot Jambalaya
Here’s one you can start in the morning, simmer on low all day, come home, add your fresh shrimp and by the time the table is set, dinner is done for 4 people. I would serve this over cauliflower “rice”(In the freezer at Trader Joe’s as well as some of the major food chains), and would add the 30 calories and 2 grams of protein just to have something to soak up all that good flavor.

Pro-Tip: Can be made quickly by using fully cooked sausage, cooked, chopped chicken and cooked shrimp. Use Pot on stove, sauté onion and garlic in pan sprayed with non stick spray, add everything except cooked chicken, shrimp and sausage. Bring to a boil, simmer for about 15 minutes to cook down and finally stir in cooked chicken, shrimp and sausage. Cook another 5 minutes to heat thoroughly and serve.
