Crock Pot Pork Salsa Verde

As the days get both shorter and colder getting the crock pot going in the morning and coming home to dinner ready to serve is my idea of how to roll.  I don’t hear any arguments from you guys either…


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place onion and pork in crock pot.  Top with other ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  3. Serve in a bowl and garnish with cilantro and a Tablespoon of Greek yogurt

Nutrition:  Makes 6 one cup servings each with approximately
