Cumin - Coriander Rub For Grilling
Do you like it spicy? I do, so this easy rub makes grilling chicken breast, chicken thighs, pork chops, steak, or even shrimp or scallops a quick easy meal on the grill on these beautiful evenings. Or rub a pork tenderloin with it and roast. A great throw it together for those evenings when looking at another plain piece of chicken is just more than you can handle. Just season both sides and grill. Holds the moisture in and adds a nice bite.
