Curried Beef and Broccoli Slaw

Curried Beef and Broccoli Slaw

It worked with broccoli slaw, beef and barbecue sauce.  Decided to change it up and add a bit of Thai style to it for variety.  It worked!!!


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and brown the bison in a 10 inch skillet breaking it up as it cooks
  2. When cooked through transfer to a plate
  3. Add baby bok choy and broccoli slaw to the pan and mix
  4. Add ½ cup water, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until broccoli slaw is cooked to soft
  5. If there is any water left in the pan let it steam off
  6. Add the bison back to the pan, add the red curry simmer sauce, mix well and cook through until hot all the way through
  7. Serve

Nutrition:  Makes 4 servings, each with approximately
