*Editor’s note:  In her mission to keep things simple as well as tasty (KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid)  Banded Wendy has come up with another delicious recipe.  She uses shrimp a lot, just as I do because it is high in protein, low in calories and tastes yummy in any almost any recipe.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt better in pan
  2. Add in the Dijonnaise until bubbly
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink
