Grilled Shrimp With Apple-Chipotle Salsa

I love shrimp.  They are quick and easy to cook, so low in calories and so high in protein.  Dust them in a slightly spicy mixture, toss them on the grill and serve with this quick and easy salsa recipe for a tasty meal.


Ingredients:

Tip! - Prepare the salsa at least one hour ahead.

For the salsa:

And, - finally!

Directions:

  1. Combine spice mix ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Lightly dust shrimp with the spice mix
  3. Preheat grill to medium high
  4. Brush grill rack with oil or spray
  5. Cook shrimp until pink, about 1 minute per side

 Serve the shrimp with salsa and enjoy.
