Ham and Mozzarella Omelet

Here is a quick, easy, tasty, protein packed breakfast for one.


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a small (6 inch) frying pan with coconut oil non stick spry
  2. Warm the pan on low to medium heat
  3. Weigh and measure the ham and chop it up and set aside
  4. Weigh the cheese and set aside
  5. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it
  6. Pour into preheated frying pan and cook until almost set
  7. Slide the ham and then the cheese onto one half of the egg
  8. Fold over, cover and cook for another minute or so, just until the cheese is melted.
  9. Slide onto plate and serve
