It's a Greek Taste Bonanza Turkey Burger

I enjoy grilling turkey burgers and coming up with new tasty recipes.  My family is always anxious for that first bite to see what I have put in them this time.  These were a winner, oh, and by the way, nobody gets them on buns.  They taste so good why hide the taste in bread?

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  I used my hands to make sure everything was well blended.
  2. Make 10 equal size “meatballs”
  3. Flatten to desired thickness and refrigerate for 30minutes to an hour before grilling.  This helps them hold their shape on the grill
  4. Spray grill with non-stick spray, or use a Teflon sheet to grill on (they are the best), or spray a large skillet on medium high on the stove
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turn and cook the other side for 6-8 minutes.  Internal temperature should be around 165 degrees
  6. Remove from grill, or pan and serve hot
