It’s a Dilly Chicken Salad
Just when I think there are no more variations to be had with chicken salad I create another one that I love. Tell me what you think.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Cooked Chopped Chicken Breast
- 2 Stalks Celery Chopped
- 1 Japanese Cucumber Peeled and Chopped
- 6 tablespoons Bolthouse Cucumber Dill Dressing
- 3.8 oz Can Sliced Black Olives, Drained
- 2 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1 teaspoon Dill
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate to blend flavors before serving. I put this up in individual serving containers.
