Kitchen Sink Tuna Salad
Every now and then I enjoy tossing a little bit almost everything I have in the refrigerator into a bowl and tasting the creation. This one is a winner.
Ingredients:
- 3 Cans Albacore Tuna In Water, 5.51 ounce Cans
- 6 Hardboiled Egg Whites
- 4 Mini Sweet Peppers, Chopped
- 10 tablespoons Bolthouse Basil Cream Salad Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Olive Tapenade
- 2 teaspoons Trader Joe’s Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce
- 4 Stalks Celery, Chopped
- 3 tablespoons Bacon Bits
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix together the tuna, egg whites, celery, mini peppers and bacon bits to evenly distribute all
- Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend, or portion into small containers and refrigerate for use throughout the week
