Kitchen Sink Tuna Salad

Every now and then I enjoy tossing a little bit almost everything I have in the refrigerator into a bowl and tasting the creation.  This one is a winner.

  1. In a large bowl mix together the tuna, egg whites, celery, mini peppers and bacon bits to evenly distribute all
  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend, or portion into small containers and refrigerate for use throughout the week
