Korean Style BBQ beef, Mushrooms, and Green Onions

Stir fry for dinner is quick and easy and cauliflower rice makes it calorie friendly too.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To cook the riced cauliflower place loosely covered in a microwave safe dish on high for 3-5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender
  2. Marinate the beef strips in the barbecue sauce and ginger for 1-2 hours
  3. Heat a large skillet to medium high after spraying with non stick spray
  4. Add the mushrooms and green onions and cook until almost done, stirring frequently
  5. Add the steak and the marinade and the garlic and cook, turning until the steak strips are done, about 4-5 minutes
  6. Add the corn starch and mix in thoroughly, cooking the liquid down just until it begins to thicken
  7. Serve immediately over the riced cauliflower.  Garnish with additional green onion or sesame seeds if desired
