Korean Style BBQ beef, Mushrooms, and Green Onions
Stir fry for dinner is quick and easy and cauliflower rice makes it calorie friendly too.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Flank Steak, Sliced In Strips
- 2 1/3 cups Riced Cauliflower
- 6 tablespoons Trader Joe's Korean Style BBQ Sauce
- 4 Green Onions, Sliced
- 8 ounces Baby Bella Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 tablespoon Minced Ginger
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
Directions:
- To cook the riced cauliflower place loosely covered in a microwave safe dish on high for 3-5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender
- Marinate the beef strips in the barbecue sauce and ginger for 1-2 hours
- Heat a large skillet to medium high after spraying with non stick spray
- Add the mushrooms and green onions and cook until almost done, stirring frequently
- Add the steak and the marinade and the garlic and cook, turning until the steak strips are done, about 4-5 minutes
- Add the corn starch and mix in thoroughly, cooking the liquid down just until it begins to thicken
- Serve immediately over the riced cauliflower. Garnish with additional green onion or sesame seeds if desired
