Make Mine a Mediterranean Turkey Burger
Quick to toss together, delicious to enjoy when you cook them, or wrap some and grab for lunch the next day.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Turkey (I Used 93% Lean)
- 2 oz Egg Substitute
- 2 cups Baby Spinach, Chopped
- 3.5 tablespoons Sliced Black Olives
- 2 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 2 teaspoons McCormick Bruschetta Seasoning
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together
- When you think they are well mixed blend them with your hands
- Divide into 6 equal balls
- Flatten into patties in your hands
- Place on a plate and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (they will stay together when you cook them)
- Grill, broil, or pan fry, turning once until done
