Mocha Caramel Protein Shake
Morning coffee, chocolate and caramel all rolled into one very tasty shake.
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces of Brewed Coffee (I Made Mine The Night Before and Had it in the Frig Cold)
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 Scoop Quested Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- 4 ounces Cashew Milk
- 1 tablespoon Flax Seed Meal (Goes Into All of My Shakes)
- Handful of Ice
Directions:
- Put all ingredients into the blender - whirl away and enjoy
