One Two Three and It's Lunch
Quick, simple, warm, tasty and protein packed.
Ingredients:
- 2 Pre-Cooked Chicken Sausage Links
- 2 cups Tomato Roasted Pepper Soup
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Directions:
- Cut sausage into coins. Microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to warm up
- Place 2 cups of soup into a pot and warm on medium heat on the stovetop. Add sausage coins to the soup
- When soup is heated (about 3 minutes), divide and serve, topping each bowl with 2 tablespoons of cheese. Enjoy!
