Peanut Butter Caramel Iced Mocha Shake
Used two different protein powders and what a delicious blend it made!
Ingredients:
- A Big Handful of Ice
- 1/2 cup Cashew Milk
- 1/2 cup Cold Coffee (I make mine the night before and keep it in the frig)
- 1/2 Scoop Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Isoflex)
- 1/2 Scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Flax Seed Meal
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to your blender, leaving the dry ingredients for last. Whirl away and enjoy!
