Pork Tenderloin and Pineapple Kabobs

It’s grilling season and I am always on the hunt for new favorites.  This marinade would work with shrimp, or beef as well.  The nutrition info I’ve given you is for pork tenderloin.


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large Ziploc bag add the first 8 ingredients (soy sauce through garlic)
  2. Then add the pork cubes, seal and shake together to combine well and coat the pork. 
  3. Refrigerate for one hour, turning occasionally
  4. Heat your outdoor grill (or indoor grill pan) and lightly grease the grates with non stick cooking spray
  5. Thread the skewers with the marinated pork, pineapple and red pepper, alternating back and forth
  6. Grill for about 2 minutes on each side until fully cooked
  7. Garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds and serve
