Portabella Mushroom Chicken Stew In The Crock Pot

There’s nothing like a hot and hardy dinner on a cold day.  Throw together these few ingredients in the morning and come home to a delicious dinner all ready to go.  This would go well over “cauli rice” or mashed cauli-potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer onions, chicken, soup, water, garlic, mushrooms in your slow cooker.  Set on high
  2. Cook for 5-6 hours until chicken shreds easily with a fork
  3. Remove chicken from crock pot, shred with 2 forks
  4. Return chicken to crock pot, stir well and serve
