Quick and Crunchy Crab Salad

Need to toss together something for lunch for yourself, dinner on a hot night, or even a luncheon dish for guests?  I would toss a scoop of this crab salad in an heirloom tomato that I have spread out on a little plate, over a bed of baby spinach or other field greens, or even top cucumber slices with it for an appetizer.  Best part, it’s high protein, low calorie and takes 5 minutes and 3 ingredients.
