Salmon Feta Dill Olive and Jicama Salad

I took three foods that go well together (salmon, feta and olives) and added Jicama for the crunch and the dill provides the seasoning.  a great combo to toss on a salad, stuff into a tomato, eat with mini sweet peppers as your scoop, wrap in a lettuce leaf or just eat right out of the container.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Portion, refrigerate to allow flavors to blend and serve.
