Directions:

  1. Place egg substitute and non fat milk in a microwave safe bowl or microwave safe 12 ounce mug
  2. Stir to mix thoroughly
  3. Microwave on high for 45 seconds
  4. Stir and microwave for an additional 30-45 seconds until eggs are almost set- do not overcook
  5. Remove from microwave and top with cheese, salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
