Scrambled Eggs In A Flash And A Wave
Everyone’s always looking for quick, easy, nutritious breakfast. Here’s a serving for one that cooks in the same dish you eat it, so clean-up is a breeze.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces egg substitute
- 2 Tablespoons non fat milk
- 2 Tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded, reduced fat
Directions:
- Place egg substitute and non fat milk in a microwave safe bowl or microwave safe 12 ounce mug
- Stir to mix thoroughly
- Microwave on high for 45 seconds
- Stir and microwave for an additional 30-45 seconds until eggs are almost set- do not overcook
- Remove from microwave and top with cheese, salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
