Shrimp, Bacon and Cheese Broil
Need dinner in a flash? This one will do it for you and have anyone sharing dinner with you begging for a repeat performance.
Ingredients:
- 12 Slices Jones Organic Uncured Canadian Bacon
- 4 ounces Shrimp (Frozen, Cooked, Thawed, Large to Extra Large- No Tails 12 Shrimp)
- 6 Pieces Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese
- 3 teaspoons Trader Joe’s Aioli, Garlic Mustard Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cover a baking sheet with foil, and spray foil lightly with non stick spray
- Arrange 12 pieces of Canadian bacon on foil sheet
- Slice Cheese in half and light spread (smoosh describes the process better) half piece of cheese on each bacon round
- Top cheese with 1/2 teaspoon mustard sauce
- Add shrimp
- Bake for about 5 minutes until shrimp is warm, bacon begins to “sizzle” and cheese has begun to melt
- Serve and enjoy
