Skillet Turkey Parmesan

From refrigerator to table in 12 minutes, AND it tastes good too!  I am all for it.  How about the rest of you?  I might serve this over pasta for others, or I love thin sliced summer squash lightly steamed as a base for “red sauce” dishes.  How about spaghetti squash, baby spinach, or even Shirataki noodles?  Whatever you choose, be sure to add the calories to your totals.

  1. Spray a large skillet with Olive Oil spray - I use my Misto
  2. Place over medium heat
  3. Add cutlets, cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes
  4. Turn cutlets over and season with salt and pepper
  5. Heat until cooked through, about 3 minutes
  6. Add marinara sauce
  7. Sprinkle cheeses over the cutlets
  8. Simmer covered until cheeses are melted, about 2 minutes
  9. Serve and enjoy!
