Some Like It Greek Chicken Salad
It’s amazing how a few ingredients can be mixed together for a quick and tasty chicken salad.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cans Chicken Salad Breast, 12.5 oz Each
- 4 Stalks Celery, Chopped
- 4 tablespoons Olives, Chopped
- 2 ounces Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 5 tablespoons Bolthouse Creamy Roasted Garlic Dressing
Directions:
- Open and drain the 2 cans chicken in a colander. I lightly rinse the chicken with cold water to remove some the salt
- In a large bowl add the chicken, celery, olives and feta cheese.
- Stir well to mix
- Add the Dressing and mix well again
- Serve or portion and refrigerate for later use
