Some Like It Hot and Spicy Chicken Burger
These burgers are not for sissies. They are full of flavor, texture and have a bit of a kick. Try them if you dare.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 4 oz Can Diced Green Chilis
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onions
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium bowl.
- Form into 8 patties
- Grill 4-7 minutes per side turning with 2 spatulas so they don’t fall apart
