Sweet and Savory Balsamic Pork Tenderloin In the Crock Pot
This one takes 5 minutes to get into the crock pot and can cook on low for 6-8 hours. The taste is amazing and leftovers with the marinade/gravy will be just as delicious as the first dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 pound Boneless Pork Tenderloin (Mine was 2 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
Directions:
- Place pork tenderloin in your crock pot
- Mix the other ingredients in a large measuring cup (I used a 1 quart cup)
- Pour the liquid over the pork and set your crock pot on low
- Cook for 6-8 hours on low
- Remove pork from crock pot (I use tongs) into a serving dish
- Break the pork apart lightly using 2 forks
- Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce/gravy over the pork and serve
- Store the remaining gravy for use with leftovers
