Sweet and Spicy Apricot Sriracha Salmon
I love contrasting favors and what could be better than sweet and hot with wild caught Sockeye Salmon? I like to serve with a side of asparagus.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz sockeye salmon
- 2 tablespoons Smucker’s Simply Fruit Apricot
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Spray a pan with non stick spray and place the salmon in the pan
- Mix together the apricot and the sriracha and then spread over the salmon filet
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until salmon is just done (center flakes with a fork)
- Remove from oven and serve
