Sweet and Spicy Apricot Sriracha Salmon

I love contrasting favors and what could be better than sweet and hot with wild caught Sockeye Salmon? I like to serve with a side of asparagus.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spray a pan with non stick spray and place the salmon in the pan
  3. Mix together the apricot and the sriracha and then spread over the salmon filet
  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until salmon is just done (center flakes with a fork)
  5. Remove from oven and serve
