Ten Minute Ground Turkey Stew

In a hurry?  Want to throw a good meal together that’s high in protein, full of veggies and ready in ten minutes?  I know I do.  Found this one in a post on Facebook and I’m sharing it with you here.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook mushrooms until soft
  2. Pour tomatoes with all liquid into pan and heat through
  3. Add both packets of gravy mix and stir until just mixed
  4. Set this aside in a big bowl
  5. Cook ground turkey in a pan with 1/2 can water.  When turkey is cooked through add turkey and water to big bowl that had been set aside
  6. Combine all ingredients then add onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and any salt you might want

Nutritional Data:  1 cup is approximately
