Ten Minute Ground Turkey Stew
In a hurry? Want to throw a good meal together that’s high in protein, full of veggies and ready in ten minutes? I know I do. Found this one in a post on Facebook and I’m sharing it with you here.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of 99% Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (Low Sodium)
- 2 1/2 ounces of Chopped Fresh Portabella Mushrooms
- 2 Packets of McCormick Onion Gravy Mix
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
- Salt to Taste (Probably not necessary because of canned tomatoes and gravy mix)
Directions:
- Cook mushrooms until soft
- Pour tomatoes with all liquid into pan and heat through
- Add both packets of gravy mix and stir until just mixed
- Set this aside in a big bowl
- Cook ground turkey in a pan with 1/2 can water. When turkey is cooked through add turkey and water to big bowl that had been set aside
- Combine all ingredients then add onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and any salt you might want
