Three Ingredient Simple Shrimp and Soup Dinner
I needed to toss something together and get it on the table quickly and it needed to be easy to eat since it was late. This works for lunch or dinner quite nicely.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Pacific Organic Carrot, Ginger and Cashew Soup
- 3 ounces of cooked shrimp
- 1 ounce Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
- Thaw 3 ounces of shrimp in the microwave. Drain off water and chop the shrimp.
- Add shrimp to the cup of soup that’s in a microwave safe soup mug or bowl and heat together in the microwave - I use half power for about 2 minutes, stir it, check it and then keep heating until desired temperature is reached in 20 second increments.
- Top with 1 ounce of cheese. Stir and enjoy
