Today's Tuna Salad With a Twist
Tuna salad is a staple at my house for lunch. I try to add a new twist to it when I make it so it never gets old. Here's today's version and it's pretty tasty.
Ingredients:
- 3 Cans Albacore Tuna In Water, 7 ounces Each
- 2 cups Baby Power Greens, Chopped
- 2 Mini Sweet Peppers, Chopped
- 1 Small Cucumber, Peeled and Chopped
- 8 tablespoons Opa Feta Dill Salad Dressing (Can Be Found In The Refrigerated Produce Section of Most Markets)
- 1/8 teaspoon Dill
- 1/8 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
Directions:
- Drain the tuna and place in a medium bowl
- Add other ingredients, except salad dressing and mix well
- Add salad dressing, mix well to “wet” all the ingredients
- Portion and refrigerate to combine flavors, then serve or use for several days for lunches
