Turkey Salad with Olives, Celery and Feta Dill Dressing

When I do my grocery haul weekly I first check my freezer to see what I have in there.  This week I had a package of sliced turkey that was left over from a birthday dinner in late January.  Time to thaw and use it and today’s salad is the result.

Ingredients:

• 7 ounces roast turkey chopped
• 8 large black olives chopped
• 2 stalks celery chopped
• 4 Tablespoons Opa Feta Dill dressing

Directions:

• Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.  Portion and serve
