I’ve let myself slip into bad habits. I haven’t been watching my portions and I constantly crave sugar. I eat sweets all day. I thought that I had regained about 30 lbs but I got in the scale on Wed. and saw that I have regained 48 lbs. That is half of what I lost.
I’m in failure mode. I’m disappointed and mad at myself.
I’m sad and stressed. I need to start over. I need help and motivation.

Valerie you are NOT a failure. Don’t give up. Never give up. You still have your tool and can choose to work it again. Sugar is the devil. There are several steps to getting Back on Track. One is to connect with others who, with no judgment will help you be accountable to yourself. The other is to begin reversing those “bad habits”. It happens.. I want you to go to my other swebsite: WLS Success Matters and look specifically at The Original WLS Success Matters Weekly Weigh-In Group and Back On Track and ask me questions and tell me which group you think would benefit you most. Then join it.
