    Since it is hard for me to get in enough protein, I keep protein smoothies with me all day long and sip them. for water, I do what you do. I discovered it is easier to use the teabags instead of putting slices of ginger, lemon, mint and cucumber into water. Exercise is very hard for me because I am handicapped from the waist down. And, it seems like I’m too lazy to put in the chair DVDs I have at home and just do them.
